What data do we collect?

When you place an order on Magic Moments (Caricature, Our Story, or Moments) we collect: your WhatsApp number, your email address (optional), the photo you upload to transform, and the style or character you choose. If you buy, Whop (our payment processor) collects the data needed to charge you — we never see or store your card details.

What do we use your data for?

• Your photo is used only to generate the image you ordered.
• Your WhatsApp number is used to send you the result and updates about your order.
• Your email (if provided) is used to send you a copy of your image.
• We don't use your photo to train AI models, and we never sell it to anyone.

Who do we share your data with?

To generate and deliver your image, some data passes through providers that perform that specific service for us — we never sell it to them or let them use it for anything else:

• Google (Gemini) and OpenAI — process your photo to generate the transformed image.
• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) — used to deliver your image over WhatsApp.
• Resend — used to send you your image by email, if you provided one.
• Whop — processes your payment securely; we never see your full card details.
• Supabase and Vercel — securely host our database and website.
• Meta Pixel — helps us measure how well our ads are performing (see the cookies section below).

Cookies and tracking pixels

We use the Meta Pixel to understand which ads work and to improve the site experience. This may store a cookie in your browser. You can block these cookies from your browser settings without it preventing you from buying.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your photo and order data for as long as needed to process it and to help you if you have an issue with the result. If you want us to delete your photo or data sooner, just message us.

Your rights

Minors

Our service is intended for people 18 and older. If you are a minor, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% foolproof. If anything concerns you, message us and we'll look into it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll indicate it on this same page.
