Magic Moments is a service that transforms your photo with artificial intelligence: next to the character you choose (Caricature, next to your favorite character), or in another moment of your story as a couple (Our Story). You upload a photo, choose the style, pay, and receive your image over WhatsApp (and by email, if you gave one) within minutes.
Prices are shown in US dollars (or Colombian pesos, depending on your location) before you pay. Payment is processed through Whop, our payment provider — we never see or store your card details. The price you pay is the one shown in your order summary, with no hidden fees.
In most cases we deliver your image over WhatsApp within 5 minutes of your payment being confirmed. That time is an estimate, not an absolute guarantee — it can take longer during high-demand periods or if there's a technical issue. If your order takes much longer than expected, message us.
If the result doesn't meet what was promised, we'll refund your money. Message us on WhatsApp telling us what happened and we'll fix it — either with a retry or a refund.
By uploading a photo, you confirm it's yours (or that you have permission from the person in it) and that you have the right to use it. Uploading photos of minors without their parent's or guardian's consent, or offensive, illegal content, or content that violates someone else's rights, is not allowed. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that breaches this, with the corresponding refund.
Some of our products generate images alongside public figures or celebrities, for entertainment and personal-memento purposes. These images are created with artificial intelligence, are for personal use, and do not represent or imply any endorsement, association, or real involvement of those people with Magic Moments.
The generated image is yours to use however you like for personal purposes (keep it, print it, share it on your socials). We don't resell it or reuse it for any other purpose.
We do our best to make sure the result is good quality and true to your original photo, but since it's an AI process, results can vary. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll indicate it on this same page.
